A really great place to dine in La Union. So good we ate here twice during our trip, once for lunch and once for dinner and both were incredible experiences. Staff was amazing and the ambience differentiates itself from other restaurants in the area because it offers truly secluded al fresco dining. Everything on the menu was superb especially the goat cheese pizza.
The pizza was delicious, as always. Everything we ordered was priced affordably and came with big servings. Their gelato is a must-try! It’s not too sweet and is perfect for the hot weather. The staffs were all approachable, and the ambiance was nice.
Had the garlic and mushroom pizza for a snack. Wonderful brick oven taste.
First time to visit Amare during this season. I love the over all vibe of the place. Very homey and cozy. There is a nearby lodging area so if you plan to stay then it's a perfect place. The scenery while eating your pizza will give you an overseas vibe. It was really peaceful and great! We ordered the 6 cheese grande pizza and although it's the largest size, it's just good for 2 or 3. We had the ribs and chicken wings also and they were all good! However, the serving which is good for 2 is quite pricey. What I really enjoyed is the MINT ICED TEA! I would love to order again! Anyway, my over all experience is nice. Probably will visit again after this pandemic.
Honest review. We only ate our choice of order which are the white pizza and lasagna and it tastes delicious! My family ordered others and said that they also liked it. Overall their food are recommended
If you're going to buy pizza at Amare, I recommend that you should try to Do It Yourself (DIY). You'll be tossing the dough and putting the toppings of your desired flavor. You can also put other toppings but of course with additional fees depending on the ingredient.
Romantic vibes and Ambiance. Especially when you dine in the afternoon till night. I recommend seating at the balcony facing seaside.. You have a nice backgound with the sunset and sky painted in different hues. The staffs are attentive and helpful, you can ask them the ingredients used in their food their knowledgeable about their menu The food is good too I liked the pizza sooo yummy
If you are looking for a good pizza, this is the place to go. The pizza is made in front of you in an open kitchen with stone oven. I went for the GRANDE 13”, and believe me I am a good eater, but I couldn’t finish it. The second dish is the Wood Fire Ribs, a recommendation of our service team which we didn’t regret. We went for SHARE size good for 2. The ribs are tender juicy with an honey glaze, fresh veggies and rice. We got some steak knife for the ribs, but you only need a fork to slice into the meat. 3 big ribs are too much for one, take out for dinner. What I personally liked most is deep frozen, iced, beer mug and the ice cold SMB as well the ice cold bottle of water. If you like your dish more chili hot the restaurant offers on each table a selection of chili oil, chili honey and dried chili flakes. We tried all and found the chili flakes are the hottest . The service is very good, attentive and friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant is no longer located on the beach side, so a lunch/dinner with view is missing The only downside we found is that the management allows customer in swim and bathing suite access to the restaurant. We found it very disturbing and inappropriate to sit next to a table of customer coming in right from the beach, at the end it is still a restaurant and NOT a beach both. Nevertheless we grant 5 and hope that management establishes a “basic” dress code to enter the restaurant
